School Year Calendar 2017-2018

First day of classes for all students is September 1, 2019

The last day of class is May 18, 2020

Summer school starts May 21, 2020

The last day of summer classes for all students is August 31, 2020

Parents receive access to monthly calendars of our activities, events and holidays.

Past due charges are 10% per annum.
Payments returned by the bank due to insufficient funds, etc., will incur a 30 Euro processing fee.

Contract Cancellation Policy

If cancellation for any reason (including medical or moving) is necessary, or if the student is dismissed by the school, financial adjustment shall be made according to the following schedule:

IF ENROLLMENT IS CANCELLED
On or before June 1
June 2 through August 1
August 2 through the day prior to opening day On or after the opening day of school

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Forfeit enrollment fee (10%) 25% of annual tuition
50% of annual tuition
100% of annual tuition

To be effective, the cancellation of enrollment must be received in writing by the director of admissions and financial aid.
